The Burrville Hall is available for rent and is perfect for Stags, Birthday parties, Family reunions, or for your special event.  The hall is located on the second floor of the firehouse and will seat 120 people comfortably.  Tables, chairs, and full use of the kitchen are available when renting the hall.

            The Burrville Hall is a smoke free environment, smoking is allowed outside of the hall.  While we at BVFD are flexible and are willing to work with you in assuring that your special event happens without incident, we do ask that the following rules and regulations are adhered to. 

 

® All guests must be out of the hall no later than 11:00 pm Monday – Saturday, And 8:00 pm on Sundays.

Cleaning must be completed by midnight Monday thru Saturday, and 9:00pm on Sundays

     

® The hall will be left in the same condition as prior to the function.

 

®For your safety and the safety of your guests there will be no standing on Chairs or tables

 

® All state laws must be abided by especially state liquor laws. 

  

® There shall be no parking in front of the bay doors or 25 feet  from any fire escape or entrances

 

®      No loud music or noise, in or outside of the firehouse. The function is an

       Indoor function and cannot be held outdoors. Please respect our   neighbors

 

 

The cost to rent the hall is $300.00 payable by cash or check, along with a $300.00 deposit.  The deposit is refundable as long as there is no damage done to the hall, or firehouse grounds and as long as the event is not cancelled 2 weeks prior to event date.
